1.1.0: thumbnail view and SVG export

What's new in this update:

• The generator starts in Thumbnail view displaying a 3x3 grid of ships. You can switch to Single view by clicking any of the ships.
• Both Thumbnail and Single views can be exported as SVG now.
• Outlines can be disabled by pressing L or via the menu. Not very useful in the Stencil mode and even less so in the Linework mode.
• Minor visual and UI improvements.
