Wonderful!

The new options are great.  My 11 year old son has exported 'his island' into procreate and is now colouring it and making stories for our family campaign.

(+2)

Great job as always.

Any chance there'd be an update to generate the same style regions with less water, perhaps just a section of coastline?

(+1)

Yes:

...Still, there are some things I am definitely going to implement: ...Generated lands don't have to be islands. I'd like to be able to generate coasts of large continents or even inland regions.

Very sweet :)

Amazing!

(+3)

Amazing work, as always! Hat off.

(+1)

How do you download the resulting map?

(+5)

Currently the only option is to take a screenshot. In the next update hi-res PNG export will be added.

(+1)

Thank you

Right click then click save image....It saves it as a PNG image.

Nope

It does for me

(+1)

Now it is possible to download a hi-res map by pressing E (click anywhere on the map first).

(+1)

Awesome, thank you!

(+3)

Can you add an option to align the grid north/south or east/west? Instead of defaulting to cockeyed?

(+2)

Will do. I case you are wondering why these maps are tilted: link.

(+1)

Right on. Thanks for working on this!

(+1)

Lovely. Could you add a third mode to the hex alignment so we can have vertical hexes, not just horizontal hexes (and tilted hexes)?

Added to my todo list👍

Hello Watabou.

Is there a way to change the Legend Names of Districts?

I understand that you can make and place your own Landmarks (and edit them), but I can't figure out how to change the Districts.

Thank you for this amazing generator.

Best regards

(+1)

Is it possible to use the results commercially?

(+1)

Yes, added a note about it to the description.

(+3)

Anyway to have the grid cover the whole map?

(+1)

Will be implemented in the next update

(+1)

Nice! :D

(+1)

That's great!!! I love the effort on enabling the style options!

(+1)

So cool man! I love it!

(+1)

I love it! Great simple black and white line art! Please make a download image option!

(+3)

This is wonderful. You've pretty much covered all the mapping I will ever need now.  The aesthetic is just lovely. Simple clean lines with all relevant information.  If you are taking requests I would love you to work more on this. :-)

(+2)

Noted :)

(+1)

your generators are very cool!

(+1)

You rock, plain and simple.

(+1)

Amazing, beautiful work, as usual!

(+1)

Beautiful.  Any plans to allow editing?
Perhaps exporting to Azgaar's Fantasy Map Generator?
I'd love to be able to make maps that look like this, in there. :-)

Editors are not my thing, but in this case it wouldn't be too hard to add some editing capabilities. So the idea is not completely off the table. I'm afraid Azgaar's maps are too different in scale and level of detail to import them adequately.

(+1)

Really nice - lovely and simple

(+2)

you might aswell make a plot and quest generator lol. but seriously keep up the great work

(+4)

you're literally keeping all of my campaigns together at this point watabou. i will die for you

(+1)

Aye, watabou you have my sword and my life too

(+1)

Really Cool!

(+1)

This is really cool! I'll be able to use this for worldbuilding like a lot of your other generators. Thanks for the great generators!

(+1)

Amazing, thank you for this!

(+4)

Awesome work. Any chance to have hex grid over the entire landmass?

(+2)

This is something that im interested to :D

(+3)

Sure, will do

(+1)

awesome as usual! thank you watabou

(+1)

Looks like this could create entire worlds. I wish you could make bigger maps and zoom around, but I already love it as it is.

(+1)

Amazing as always watabou! Your generators have probably invaded a thousand tabletops at this point and I can't say I'm upset
